Lightroom Classic Crashing on Launch

Lightroom Classic often crashes on launch. If I relaunch it is ok. I found this Adobe support article and did both steps. The second step helped for about an hour but the crashing has started again. I hope Adobe fixes this soon. If anyone has a solution, I would love to know.
