As 2021 draws to a close, I am sharing my personal favorite photographs of the year. Due to Covid, I did not travel much. I visited Toronto to see family and made several day trips in Maryland and Pennsylvania. This album is embedded from Flickr, which remains my favorite photo sharing site.
Every time I pick up my camera, I forget the time and everyday life. The camera and the pictures take me to another world. I concentrate on the moment and try to get the best out of that very moment, the conditions, the subject, the location, the light and so on.

I recently discovered StreetMeetDC and attended my first event on December 12th at Farragut Square in Washington, DC. I met a lot of interesting photographers and models. The events are monthly and I plan to go again. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I am sharing here some of the photos I made at the event.
Almost a year ago, I wrote about Color Fidelity camera profiles. I used and enjoyed them. At the time, Adobe Lightroom did not have camera matching profiles for the Canon R5. The Canon R5 is my main camera.
